Throwing tuition is included within your normal class membership and regular practice will make you a capable thrower. However, if this is something you want to excel in, then one to one tuition might be helpful. Zara is available for 1:1 tuition with existing students at the end of the class and also teaches beginners/taster workshops to anyone else wishing to give it a try.

Two hours - £100 - 1:1

Ever fancied having a go on the potters wheel, but don't  want to commit to regular pottery classes? Try a two-hour 1:1 taster session. This will include several goes at throwing a small pot. Absolutely no experience required. 

Two hours - £140 - 1:2

Want to try throwing with a friend? Try a two-hour 1:2 taster session. You will both enjoy several attempts at throwing at our twin wheels. Absolutely no experience required.

Existing MWCS students

£25 per hour - 1:1 (after class)

£70 for two hours - 1:2*

*Throwing tuition fees are reduced for existing members as they already contribute to the running costs of the studio.
